Explanation:
Cannon Blast will be your primary 1st job training skill. Max Cannon Boost to have a better base damage before proceeding with maxing Cannon Blast. Explanation:

Monkey Wave
Attacks all enemies within path and has a chance to stun them. If hit enemy with critical, there is a chance enemy receives max damage! Permanently increases Critical Rate.
LV1: MP -35, 620% Max Damage, 45% Stun Rate, 2% chance to deal max damage. +1 Critical Rate.
LV20: MP -55, 1000% Max Damage, 95% Stun Rate, 50% chance to deal max damage. +20 Critical Rate.
Cannon Jump
Attack 6 enemies nearby the launching area where you shoot the ground with cannon to propel yourself up to a platform above you instead of climbing ladder/rope.
Level 1: MP -55, 174% Damage.

Barrel Roulette
Enchant your attacks to inflict random abnormal status. These abnormal statuses are darkness / stun / freeze / slow. Abnormal status will lasts for some period on enemies. Also permanently increases overall damage.
LV1: MP -35, 3% chance to inflict abnormal status lasting 3 sec. Enchant buff lasts 186 sec and cooldown in 57 sec. +1% Damage.
LV10: MP -60, 30% chance to inflict abnormal status lasting 5 sec. Enchant buff lasts 186 sec and cooldown in 30 sec. +10% Damage.
Luck of the Die
Roll dice to get a random buff. Roll a 1 and you will not get buff.

Nautilus Strike
Summon Nautilus Battleship to attack 15 enemies 3 times with airstrike.
LV1: MP -350, 404% Damage, Cooldown: 60 sec

Anchors Away (Supportive)
Summons an anchor that pulls nearby enemies toward it.
Also deals damage to enemies while being pulled at fixed interval.
Upon expiring, it will explode and deal additional damage.
Level 1: MP -62, Lasts 6 sec. 220% Pull Damage. 508% Explode Damage.
Level 15: MP -86, Lasts 20 sec. 500% Pull Damage. 620% Explode Damage.
Monkey Militia (Supportive)
Summons stationary twin artillery monkey to attack an enemy at a fixed interval.
Has a fixed cooldown of 10 seconds.
LV1: MP -40, Lasts 32 sec, 280% Damage.
LV15: MP -70, Lasts 60 sec, 280% Damage.
Double Down (Supportive)
Rolls two dice, and if both has same number, +10% buff effect to the original.
Example: Both dice rolls on 6, you gain 40% EXP Rate (30% + 10%)
However second dice only appears based on a occurring rate.
Has a fixed cooldown of 200 seconds.
LV1: MP -60, 10% chance to roll 2 dice. Buff lasts 184 sec.

Cannon Overload (Passive)
Increase damage and ignore some enemy defense.
LV1: +11% Damage. Ignores 5% Enemy DEF.
LV30: +40% Damage. ignores 20% Enemy DEF.
Pirate’s Spirit (Passive/Supportive)
Temporarily increase chance to resist knock back by enemies.
Also passively increases counterattack chance.
LV1: MP -50, 22% knockback resist, +1% Counterattack Rate. Lasts 10 sec.
LV30: MP -80, 80% knockback resist, +16% Counterattack Rate. Lasts 10 sec.
Maple Warrior
Increases all players’ stats within a team by a certain percentage.

Remove some abnormal effects from you.

Cannon Bazooka is a great mobbing attack while Cannon Barrage is used for single target high damage attack. Before maxing these 2 primary skills for 4th job, boost your damage with Cannon Overload and get extra buff from Double Down. The rest of the skills can be any order though. Nautilus Strike is maxed last since spamming it is quite costly and has a huge cooldown.
