Explanation:
There are few reports from Luminous players where Standard Magic Guard has caused them to spend tons of meso on MP Potion consumption due to enemies hitting them hard and most of this damage is displaced into MP from HP, taking into consideration that MP cost double of HP. However, in my case, I have not experience this issue till Level 100+ with Standard Magic Guard max. Perhaps the training area I used to frequent, monsters are defeated in 2-3 hits, preventing them from retaliating me OR I attack them at a safe distance. Just to be safe, you can max Standard Magic Guard once you reach Level 100+ or until you feel quite dangerous where monsters can kill you in 2-4 hits at Level 100+
